I hereby apply for membership in the Mechanicsville Recreation Association and I will certify that the above information is correct.  If approved for membership, I will comply with the by-laws of the Association and the rules and regulations of its Board now in force and those which may be legally adopted.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

At such time as you would like to end your participation in the Association, you will need to send a letter stating your intention to return your membership.  When the letter is received, you will be placed on a list of members wishing to no longer participate in the Association.  When this list and the active membership list exceed 375 there will be a refund send to the inactive member next on the list.  This process has been taking three to four years after being placed on the inactive list.  Any questions or concerns can be addressed with Michelle Reynolds, MRA Treasurer at 559-9912.
